What exactly is our accountability system?

Nedlof’s Virtual College Preparatory Academy, LLC, accountability system is the set of policies and practices that a state uses to measure and hold schools and districts responsible for raising student achievement for all students, and to prompt and support improvement where necessary. Evaluating school performance on the basis of student performance is a valuable tool that we use to strengthen the outcomes of our program and improve outcomes for the children we serve. Our standards‐based, college‐preparatory curriculum gives the staff flexibility to adapt instructional strategies to meet the needs of the students. High school graduation requirements will meet or exceed those of a traditional Public school, helping students to maintain or regain their academia, social, and economic competitive edge.

Teachers – Individually and collectively will be accountable for their part in improving student performance. In a distance education environment, teachers must rely on students’ self-motivation to inspire them to reach their full potential.

Student – Student accountability matters more now than ever as K-12 schools and districts have moved to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a remote education environment, teachers must rely on students’ self-motivation to push them to their full potential that is why we help our parents and scholars to approach this with an adventurous and learning spirit.
